Divorce and Family Law
We represent both husbands and wives in divorce proceedings and in post-judgment modifications relating to alimony and child support, child custody and property division, including secondary educational orders of divorce decrees. We help our clients resolve disputes involving child custody, property distribution, and alimony and child support.
We also represent clients in high net worth divorce, giving special attention to concerns such as business valuation, tax consequences and retirement asset valuation which may impact your financial interests.
